Can't give enough compliments to this establishment. We went to the Rancho Cucamonga one for Valentines Day. The wait was well worth it!!! Great food, great drinks and great service!! We'll be coming back again & again.

We almost didn't go due to other reviews about unfriendly service but for us that was not the case. We had our waiter plus other servers. The food was great. The appetizer was great, food was costly but well worth it. We will be going back for sure. Oh and it is a loud environment so next time we might sit outside.

made a reservation at LongHorn Steakhouse, but when I arrived the system was not working and the host couldn’t find my reservation. Unfortunately, we had to wait about 30 additional minutes, which was difficult because my mother is handicapped. I called the manager, Terry, and she was incredibly kind and helpful. She quickly worked to find a table for us and made sure we were taken care of. Thank you, Terry, for your excellent customer service and for helping resolve the situation. Your kindness made a big difference .

Outstanding dinner from start to finish. The steak was cooked perfectly and absolutely delicious. Our server, Dillon, was friendly, knowledgeable, and provided excellent, attentive service throughout the meal. Everything came out exactly right, and the overall experience was top-notch. We’ll definitely be back.

Efren is genuinely one of the best servers I’ve ever had. There are a lot of great people at this place, but I wanted to take a moment to specifically shout him out because his attention to detail is next level and he delivers exceptional service every single time. I actually request him when I come in, which I almost never do at restaurants, because I know it’s going to be a great experience. He’s the man. He’s always on it without being overbearing. He keeps an eye on drinks, times multiple dishes perfectly, and makes sure everything is synchronized with the kitchen. You can tell he cares about the entire experience, not just his section. When he’s running things, everything feels smooth and intentional. What really stands out is his memory and thoughtfulness. He remembers that I like a baked potato with a larger plate so I can cut into it without everything going everywhere, and he brings extra sides exactly how I like them without me even asking. That kind of detail is rare. For context, I spent 10+ years in the service industry myself. I’ve been a dishwasher, busboy, server, and bartender, and I’ve learned a lot along the way. Because of that, I don’t say this lightly when I say these guys are doing an excellent job. This place as a whole has changed significantly over the last three to six months, in a really positive way. You can tell management is focused on building a strong culture, the kitchen is performing well, and the entire team is dialed in. Honestly, this place has success written all over it. Efren has management written all over him too. With the right training, I could easily see him managing or even helping running the place. The team leading this spot is top notch, and it shows.

Really enjoyed our dinner here. We both had two different steaks, and they were both excellent. Lots of sides plus a salad, drink and dessert, $130 for two. Would definitely eat here again and recommend to others.

Our inaugural visit to LongHorn for dinner was a memorable one. The restaurant’s ambiance was inviting and impeccably clean, setting a pleasant tone for the evening. From the moment we walked in, the staff’s warmth and friendliness made us feel right at home. I indulged in the porterhouse steak, which was a standout—succulent, juicy, and bursting with flavor. It’s safe to say we’ll definitely be returning for more.

Really nice experience. Great service, and everyone was really nice. The food presentation was great. The only negative is that I requested my steak: medium-well, and what I received was VERY well done, the bottom was charred, there wasn't any pink in the meat and I had difficulty cutting it and eating it. The mushroom ( appetizers) were excellent. The grilled shrimp were perfect, as was the salad.
